1、電動機(ji)—般安(an)裝(zhuang)在室內清潔、干燥(zao)的場所,周圍必須(xu)通風良好,環(huan)境空氣最高溫度(du)不超過(guo)40℃,最低溫度(du)不低于-15℃,并應防止(zhi)強(qiang)烈的熱輻射(she)。  
2、按接(jie)(jie)線圖接(jie)(jie)電(dian)源線接(jie)(jie)線頭連接(jie)(jie)要緊(jin)固(gu),帶引(yin)出電(dian)纜、電(dian)線的電(dian)動機,可直接(jie)(jie)和電(dian)源線連接(jie)(jie),接(jie)(jie)頭處要絕緣密封。 
3、當電(dian)(dian)源線(xian)(xian)(xian),相序和電(dian)(dian)動粗接線(xian)(xian)(xian)頭標(biao)志對應連接時,從軸伸(shen)端看電(dian)(dian)動機順時針(zhen)旋轉。需要(yao)改變轉向(xiang)時,改變兩根電(dian)(dian)源線(xian)(xian)(xian)接線(xian)(xian)(xian)的位置(zhi)即可(ke)。 
4、YD系(xi)列等變級多(duo)速(su)(su)異步(bu)電(dian)動(dong)機是利用換接引(yin)出線(xian)的(de)方法來控(kong)制轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速(su)(su)變化的(de),為(wei)保(bao)證多(duo)速(su)(su)電(dian)動(dong)機運行的(de)可靠(kao)性,設計和(he)操作控(kong)制裝(zhuang)置時應注意,在高(gao)速(su)(su)切換為(wei)低速(su)(su)時,必須(xu)在切斷電(dian)源的(de)同(tong)時斷開2Y接線(xian)的(de)中性點,以免在低速(su)(su)繞(rao)組(zu)接通(tong)時引(yin)起(qi)電(dian)源短路.在高(gao)速(su)(su)切換為(wei)低速(su)(su)的(de)過程中,必續待(dai)電(dian)動(dong)機停轉(zhuan)(zhuan)后才(cai)能(neng)接通(tong)低速(su)(su)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)電(dian)源,以減少對電(dian)動(dong)機及負載(zai)的(de)沖擊.轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速(su)(su)切換要注意電(dian)動(dong)機的(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)向。 
5、電動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)可以采有聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器,齒輪、皮(pi)(pi)帶與負(fu)載機(ji)(ji)械聯接,4kw以上的2極電動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)30kw以上的4極電動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)不宜用皮(pi)(pi)帶傳動(dong)(dong),雙軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)伸電動(dong)(dong)的第二軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)伸只能用聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)囂傳動(dong)(dong)。聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器、皮(pi)(pi)帶輪軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)孔與電動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)的配合松緊應合適(shi),安裝(zhuang)時(shi)嚴禁(jin)用重錘敲擊。采用聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器傳動(dong)(dong)時(shi),電動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)中(zhong)(zhong)心線與負(fu)載機(ji)(ji)械軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)中(zhong)(zhong)心線應重合, 
聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器軸(zhou)(zhou)向保(bao)留1~3mm間(jian)隙(xi)。 采用(yong)皮帶傳達室動(dong)時,電動(dong)機(ji)(ji)軸(zhou)(zhou)中(zhong)心線(xian)(xian)應與(yu)負載(zai)機(ji)(ji)械軸(zhou)(zhou)中(zhong)心線(xian)(xian)平行,皮帶中(zhong)心線(xian)(xian)與(yu)軸(zhou)(zhou)中(zhong)心線(xian)(xian)相互垂直。
